Nohha Life ensures that consultants available on the platform are qualified and experienced in their respective domains. Users may review consultant profiles to make informed decisions about selecting the most suitable expert for their needs.

The consultation fees depends upon Doctor’s charge, Time taken during the consultation. The Consultation fees may change from time to time according to the Doctor’s Service, medications etc.

The Payment process for Online Consultation need to be made in Advance.

• Each User / Third Party Service Providers are solely responsible for payment of all taxes, legal compliances, statutory registrations and reporting. Nohha Life is in no way responsible for any of the taxes except for its own income tax.
• The subscription fees for the Services, if any charged by Nohha Life, could be paid online through the facility made on the Application. Third parties support and services are required to process online fee payment. Nohha Life is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to User/ Third Party Service Providers during this process as these third parties are beyond the control of Nohha Life. The fees could also be paid offline and be either collected personally from the User/ Third Party Service Providers or required to be mailed to Nohha Life at the following address of its Corporate office at Five Line Healthcare Private Limited, 102, Om Divya Apartment, TrikamDas Road, Kandivali West,400067, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Nohha Life reserves the right to modify the fee structure by providing on the Application which shall be considered as valid and agreed communication.
• In order to process the payments, Nohha Life might requires details of User’s/ Third Party Service Providers’ bank account, credit card number etc. Please check Our Privacy Policy on how Nohha Life uses the confidential information provided by Users.

• Audio Consultation: They are one form of online deliberation. Audio consultation refers to providing health care services by the health care professionals attending calls for Diagnosing, treating and providing medications through Audio Consultation.
• Video Consultation: A video consultation is an appointment that takes place between a patient/service user and a clinician over video, as opposed to face-to-face or over the telephone. One will receive the same quality of care as one would in a face-to-face appointment.
Clinic Visit Consultation: The Patient/User can have the old method of consultation that is Clinic Visit Consultation just Booking the Appointment in advance on the Doctor’s Application.

The duration of consultations can depend on the slot provided by the doctor and the type of service being provided.

We take the assurity of the patients his/her personal data which will be kept confidential and private according to the Company’s Privacy Policy. The Patient which is registering on the application should not get afraid as their data is safe and won’t be shared to any third party.
